After reading Ken Blanchard’s book, Peter den Boer set about to change the whole way den Boer Homes interacts with their clients. The entire company became focused on providing a high level of service to their clients, above and beyond what is expected. 

We have a deeply held belief that if we serve our clients well, they will speak well of us. Real Estate is a service industry. Good practitioners are not salespeople, they are consultants and marketing people. 

Agents must be able to bring knowledge, integrity, and communication skills to the table to be able to fully serve the needs of their clients. We at den Boer Homes believe that we should always be focused on our client’s needs always.
